Breanna Faith Justus
Director and Head Teacher
Breanna Faith Justus was born in Lexington, Kentucky, and is a professional ballerina with Cleveland Ballet. She trained at the Kentucky Ballet Theatre Academy from 2007-2019, and performed with their professional company from 2019-2021. She then joined Orlando Ballet's Second Company and Atlanta Ballet's Second Company before joining Cleveland Ballet. Ms. Justus has won several awards at Youth America Grand Prix, the National Society of Arts and Letters Ballet Competition, and Dance Open America, and was invited to study full time at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy. She has also had the honor of working under Ms. Aurora Bosch, one of the four “Cuban Jewels”. Ms. Justus has attended multiple summer intensives, including the Kentucky Governor’s School of the Arts and the NSLI-Y partnership with RAF Russian Language and Culture and Bolshoi Way program in Moscow, Russia, where she trained at the Moscow State Academy of Choreography (Bolshoi Ballet Academy). Teaching is her second love next to dancing, and she has taught full time at Cleveland Ballet and Gloria Deo School of the Arts and in carious capacities at Atlanta Ballet and Kentucky Ballet Theatre, as well as private coaching. She hopes to continue her career as a professional ballerina for many years, and to attend the Royal Ballet Teacher's Certification program upon her future retirement.
