Nancy Durall

Host Studio Director and Teacher

Nancy Durall, Artistic Director of Kentucky Repertory Dance Theatre in Lexington, since 2005, began formal ballet/modern dance training with KRDT in 1996. She has also trained and performed with local dance schools and churches. Ms. Durall and Rod Durall, her husband, have danced nationally and internationally. With the help of the KRDT board members, instructors, and families, Mr. and Ms. Durall have produced 2 original ballets for the community. With her various exercise certifications and registration/licensure as dietitian nutritionist throughout the last 40 years, she has an excellent working knowledge of physiology and body mechanics. Ms. Durall stays up to date for teaching and training all levels and ages to accomplish living and dancing aspirations with grace and purpose.

Iasasthai Ballet Summer Intensive is grateful to Ms. Durall for allowing Kentucky Repertory Dance Theatre to be the host school for IBSI, and for her continued support and mentorship for the program.
